Heal the Past. Live the Present. Shape What Comes Next.
I’m really glad you’re here.
Many people who come to therapy understand things logically, yet their reactions feel stronger than they want them to be. You might notice yourself getting emotionally triggered, repeating patterns in relationships, or feeling overwhelmed even when part of you knows things should be manageable. Often this happens because past experiences continue to influence how we respond today. I work with individuals and couples to understand these patterns and develop healthier ways of responding. Many people I work with are navigating life transitions, including midlife, when emotions and relationship patterns can feel very intense.
In therapy, we slow things down and connect what you understand logically with what you feel emotionally and physically. This helps you recognize patterns and gradually shift habitual reactions. I weave practical tools like mindfulness and somatic awareness with deeper exploration informed by attachment, EMDR, and parts work to support lasting change.
I believe each person carries strength and resilience within them, even when it feels hidden. Therapy with me is both reflective and practical- a space where we slow things down, understand what shapes your reactions, and develop tools you can use in everyday life. Reaching out can feel vulnerable, but it can also be the beginning of a new way forward.
